Recovery Island is a Sports Performance Club dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals achieve their peak potential. We bring together three pillars—Performance Training, Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation, and Sports Recovery—all under one roof.
We primarily serve athletes and active individuals (ages 9–45), our doors are open to anyone looking to improve performance, recover from injury, or maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
Not at all. While we work with elite and professional athletes, many of our members are students, weekend warriors, or individuals who want access to the same world-class training, physiotherapy, and recovery methods used by professionals.

We offer flexible options:
- Single sessions

You can book directly through our website or via our Glofox app for classes, physiotherapy sessions, and recovery services. For first-timers, we also offer a free consultation.
Yes. Our cold plunge, sauna, and compression therapy can be booked separately—even if you’re not currently training or rehabilitating with us.
Yes. We design custom performance and recovery programs for professional teams, academies, and schools. Please contact us for tailored packages.
