Recovery Island is a Sports Performance Club dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals achieve their peak potential. We bring together three pillars—Performance Training, Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation, and Sports Recovery—all under one roof.

We primarily serve athletes and active individuals (ages 9–45), our doors are open to anyone looking to improve performance, recover from injury, or maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

Not at all. While we work with elite and professional athletes, many of our members are students, weekend warriors, or individuals who want access to the same world-class training, physiotherapy, and recovery methods used by professionals.

Performance Training (strength, endurance, speed, agility)

Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation (injury assessment, treatment, recovery plans)

Sports Recovery (cold plunge, infrared sauna, compression therapy, mobility work)

We offer flexible options:

• Single sessions
• Packages of 3, 8, 12, or 16 sessions
• Memberships for ongoing training and recovery

This way, you can choose what best fits your schedule and goals.
